MASTERCLASS
La data de 16.12.2025, la Școala Profesională din com.Bubuieci, mun.Chișinău, a avut loc primul masterclass din cadrul proiectului educațional ”Educație prin gust”, ediția 2025-2026.Activitatea a fost susținută de bucătarul-șef Alexandru Julavschi și a reunit 20 de elevi, care și-au dezvoltat competențele practice în domeniul gastronomiei moderne, participând activ la pregătirea unui meniu complex.Masterclass-ul a avut ca obiectiv apropierea elevilor de mediul real de muncă din sectorul HoReCa, stimularea creativității și pregătirea pentru Campionatul Gastronomic pentru Juniori-ediția a X-a, 2026.Evenimentul a fost organizat de CSFPCHR, în parteneriat cu Ministerul Educației și Cercetării al Republicii Moldova, Metro Moldova și AO ”Educație pentru Dezvoltare”.
